Structure

XSJ meat dicing machine is mainly composed of a machine frame,shell used for cutting material , pusher dial,knife assembly,transmission system and electric control system.Dicing machine frame,shell,dial, hopper and food contact parts are made of stainless steel.

Working Principle

In the machine working , pusher dial drive the material to a high-speed rotation, under the action of centrifugal force, the vertical knife will cut the meat into section,and then material through the disc cutter to be strips, next step meat will be send to the cross-cutting knife,be cut into the required cube
