EXPRO Commerical Stainless Steel Meat Chopper is designed to chop and evenly mix the meats, vegetables, fruit, etc. with seasoning or additives. Meat Bowl Cutter can be utilized in the production of a variety of products from sausage emulsion, ground pork, ground beef, hamburgers, beef burgers, skin emulsion for further processed and formed poultry products, fresh pork sausage, ground turkey, liver paste, various salads, processed cheese, in addition to Bologna, Mortadella, Weirstel and Salame/Salami and hot dog emulsions.

All of the bowl cutters are equipped with thermometer. The small-to-medium bowl cutters are equipped with safety guard: machine shut down when the front lid is lifted. The bigger bowl cutters are equipped with safety guard: the knife speed slow down when the front lid is lifted. The cutter knives for the machine come from famous brand in Germany. The entire machine frame is constructed of solid stainless steel SUS304. The machine adopts famous European-branded electrical components. The control and structure of the vacuum bowl cutter is similar to the unvacuum type. But the vacuum type can meet some processing requirement especially for the vacuum to achieve the best chopping effect.
